Accordion Severity Grading of Postoperative Complications.
 Standard Complication Reporting Tables.

  • Welcome to the site for production of Standard Tables for reporting postoperative complications using the Accordion Classification.

  • This site will produce a Standard Complication Table using either the Contracted or Expanded Accordion Classification.

  • Retention of Data. This site will produce tables but will not act as a repository for data. Once the tables are downloaded the data will no longer exist on this site.

  • The Contracted Accordion Classification is more suitable for studies in which there are few complications.
The Expanded Classification more suitable for studies with a large number of complications.
The choice is up to the user but it is suggested that studies with fewer than 50 complications use the Contracted Classification unless the majority of the complications are SEVERE.

If you have used this site before, and are familiar with the definitions and restrictions, you may skip directly to the complication entry page.

This site does utilize pop-ups. You will need to set your internet browser and any additional add-on toolbars with pop-up blockers to allow pop-ups for this site.
